Who I Am ~

For over two decades, I have studied the human form not only as a physical structure, but as an intelligent, adaptive system shaped by experience. I believe the body holds both our historical patterns and our present potential, and when approached with curiosity and respect, it becomes a powerful gateway to healing, strength, and personal evolution.

I am devoted to guiding people back to themselves and raising the vibration of humanity. My passion for helping people navigate life with greater awareness, self-trust and compassion, brings my work together - mindful movement, yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, and end-of-life support, all rooted in the belief that every stage of life offers an opportunity for growth, connection, and meaning. Whether I am helping someone gain more access & find a more comfortable home in their body, enhance the calmness in their mind, reconnect with their breath, or honor the life of a loved one, I seek to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. The common thread throughout my work is presence—meeting each moment, and each person, exactly as they are, with wonder, care, and love. Through every transition, from beginnings to endings and everything in between, it is my privilege to walk alongside others on their journey.

I offer group yoga classes, private Pilates Reformer sessions, teacher training immersions, retreats and Ayurveda consultations—all designed to help individuals move with greater intelligence, live with more ease, and ultimately are a conduit of connection to their own internal guidance system. My approach is intentional and intuitive, rooted in science and informed by deep listening.

I am also the founder of a teaching community and studio space where we thrive on education, growth, and connection. This work is not just about movement—it is about empowering people with awareness so they can navigate their lives with greater confidence and self-trust.

Additionally, with a deep reverence, I offer heart centered end of life support as a death doula and memorial officiant… a gentle guidance for the sacred thresholds of living, letting go and being remembered. This work honors dying not as a medical event alone, but as a profoundly human and sacred transition. Whether supporting an individual, a caregiver, or an entire family system, these offerings are designed to bring more peace, meaning, connection, and grounding to the experience of transition.

Beyond my professional passion, I am a wife, a lover of nature, and a believer in simple, meaningful living. My chocolate lab, Bodhi Jaxon, is both my companion and a working therapy dog, often reminding me—and those around him—of the healing power of presence, laughter, and unconditional warmth.

I feel most at home near the water or in the mountains—places that reflect stillness and possibilities. These landscapes continue to inspire my intentions and my perspective: grounded, spacious, and deeply connected to something larger.

At the heart of everything I offer is a simple intention: to help people remember Who They Are.

This is my devotion, and it is an honor to share it.

with love, Shannon Kidwell
