The Heart Behind With Love
The work has expanded, but the heart behind it hasn't changed.
Yoga has shaped my life in more ways than I can count. It has been my teacher, my passion, my profession, and one of the greatest privileges I've ever had the opportunity to share with others.
For years, I've had the honor of walking alongside people as they discovered strength they didn't know they had, learned to quiet the noise of everyday life, and found a deeper connection to themselves. Through movement, breath, meditation, and mindful awareness, I've witnessed countless moments of transformation—not because a pose was perfected, but because someone remembered who they were beneath the expectations, fears, and distractions of life.
That has always been the heart of my work.
Over time, however, I began to realize that what I loved most about teaching yoga is creating spaces where people felt safe enough to be fully human.
Spaces where there was no expectation to have it all together. Where joy was welcome. Where grief was welcome. Where questions were welcome. Where healing didn't have to look a certain way.
As I reflected on the moments that have been most meaningful in my life, I noticed a common thread. Whether I was guiding someone through a yoga practice, sitting quietly with a friend during a difficult season, or simply sharing in one of life's meaningful moments, I found myself returning to the same intention. To be fully present. To listen with compassion. To remind people they didn't have to walk through life's hardest moments alone.
That realization led me somewhere unexpected. Today, I'm expanding my work to include end-of-life advocacy, death doula support, and celebration of life officiating, allowing me to walk alongside people through yet another meaningful chapter of life.
To some, these paths may seem very different. To me, they feel like natural extensions of one another.
Yoga teaches us that everything changes.
Every inhale becomes an exhale.
Every season gives way to another.
Every beginning carries the seed of an ending, and every ending makes room for something new.
For years, I've assisted and observed people become more present in their lives.
Now, I'm honored to expand that same spirit of presence and compassion into one of life's most meaningful transitions—supporting individuals and families as they navigate conversations, choices, memories, and moments that deserve to be met with care.
The work has expanded, but the heart behind it hasn't changed.
While this work may begin in life's final chapter, it is ultimately about how we care for one another. It's about dignity, connection, and making sure every person feels seen, heard, and deeply valued.
The name With Love came naturally because those two words capture everything I hope people experience when we spend time together.
My hope isn't to change people's stories. It's to honor them.
With compassion. With presence. With curiosity.
Because every chapter of life deserves to be honored.
And every part of our story deserves to be met With Love.
